Exiled From Hell is 25 man DAYTIME RAIDING guild. Raid times are:
Wed/Thurs/Fri/Mon 10am-2pm CST (Invites at 9:45am)
Guild Policies
Exiled From Hell is a progression raiding guild. We take our raiding seriously, and have high expectations of all recruits, members and officers. Our primary focus is to create and maintain an atmosphere of extremely skilled raiders who compete on a nationally competitive level despite having a limited raiding schedule. To achieve this, we recruit players and evaluate them based on skill, teamwork, and commitment.
When you join EFH, know that you are joining a guild who's only goal is to progress.
The guild will not remove you from a raid or from the guild for making a single mistake. However, you must be able to take feedback constructively, and proactively improve your class and your play ability at all times. If you are unable or unwilling to do that, then you will either be demoted or removed from the guild.
We have a lot of fun and make wonderful friendships in the process, but if you're here for personal gains such as loot or personal rankings, you've come to the wrong place.
Some of our guild policies include:
- Zero tolerance for trolling - Under no circumstance is any member permitted to harm the guild's reputation through inappropriate conduct in trade chat, forums, pug raids, or any other general social contexts within the game.
- 90% attendance required - Real life happens, people here have jobs, families, children and other commitments. However, if you are going to be absent, posting is an ABSOLUTE requirement.
- Respectful conduct towards everyone is required. Drama over loot or being replaced in a raid is unacceptable.
Raiding Policies
We expect everyone to be raiding or available to raid for the full duration (4 hours). That means you come to raid focused and undistracted and you are expected to be at your computer ready to step in if you're on the bench.
You should have your own consumables on you at all times. EFH typically will cover flasks and potions, but you should still be prepared with your own.
Going AFK during a raid should never be done unless there is a very good reason. If you absolutely cannot avoid going AFK, tell an officer either in raid chat or on Mumble that you have to go and how long you will be gone for.
Always keep Mumble clear so the officers can run/call out the raid. Only if you have something very important to say is it acceptable to speak up. Keep in mind; we don't need to hear the "play by play" of what is going on with your character.
Outside of Raid
Because of our unique raiding times, we have core raiders from all over the world, which leads to an extremely diverse group. Outside of raids we're a very social guild. Many members focus on achievements, leveling alts, pvp'ing, and socializing in Mumble. We participate in server activities and events, and involve ourselves in the community in the game as well as on the server forums.
Loot Policies & Procedures
Exiled from Hell uses Loot Council combined with EPGP for loot distribution. Participation, gear received, attendance, performance, attitude and level of upgrade are all taken into account when distributing loot.
